Great car shows not to be missed this summer

Get your car out and about once lockdown ends

We can’t wait to get out and about and back at our favourite car shows once the lockdown restrictions end. Here’s a few of the ones we’re excited about at Mike Brewer Motoring…

If there’s one thing us enthusiasts have missed over the last year it’s been the chance to visit car shows. There’s nothing like admiring great motors and meeting other owners, so seeing events back on the calendar is fantastic news. With 2021 looking more promising, here’s just a few of our favourites…

Donington Historic Festival – 1-2 May, Donington Park, Derby

Mike Brewer Motoring - Donington Historic Festival

This is one of our favourite events, and it’s celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.  Guaranteed to be better than ever, the highlight is the fantastic historic racing that takes place with everything from single-seaters to touring cars battling it out on track. The sights and sounds are epic, and there’s plenty more to enjoy, of course, with a wealth of car clubs and other displays.

There’ll be plenty to enjoy here, then, with a vast array of Land Rovers on show, along with club displays, circuit parades, and a few special features.  And as an extra bonus the Thruxton Historic event takes place at the same time.
